French and Dutch are the official languages in the Island, English is spoken everiwhere.
Also Creole and Papamiento.
Ferrys
to travel to St Barthélemy and Anguilla, there are some ferries services.
Departure of boats is from chemin du Port at Marigot, near the Marigot Market.

A minibus service is available on the main roads of the Island.
No set shedule.

Currencies:
Official currency of the Dutch side is the Netherlands Antilles florin or guilder (NAF).
Official currency of the French side is the Euro.
Nearly all prices are listed in U.S. dollars as well as the local currency, so there's no need for calculating exchange rates.
U.S. dollars are widely accepted on both sides, so visitors do not need to exchange their U.S. money for a visit to the island.
